1. Contact CityPride Ltd. (our current supplier) by email or by telephone Tuesday thru Fridaybetween the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time at the following: 888-679-8888 or sales@cityprideltd.com They will obtain any authorizations required.

2. After your order arrives, please give a copy of your receipt to your Chapter Insignia Chair — we only report quantity and insignia costs from CityPride, Ltd. to National yearly.

3. Add new insignia to your official ribbon!  There’s an Order of Placement under Insignia.
