Proactive communications is essential to success in promoting public awareness and increasing membership. This committee is dedicated to helping our chapters and state societies to inform our members and our communities about our objectives and accomplishments. Printing and Publication Committee The duties of the Printing and Publications Chairman include responsibility for the setting up and printing of the Goldenrod, working directly with the President General, Corresponding Secretary General, Seventeenth Century Review Chairman and Technology Support Chairman to complete this publication. The Goldenrod is mailed out with the first Review of the new administration as a supplement to the Review. Museum Committee The National Chairman of the Museum has the responsibility of keeping inventory of all artifacts which have been donated to the Headquarters Museum and Textile Room. She records a full description of the item, the date received, the name of the donor and the Chapter through which the donation has been made. This chairman is responsible for descripting the artifacts and display of the Museum artifacts in a binder.
