Heraldry/COA Application Change

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Ladies, the option of using the “short form” format for Heraldry and Coats of Arms applications is being retired effective immediately. 

If you have approved “short form” COA applications, they will not be affected; however, all future COA applications postmarked on or after 02 Sep 2025 must be completed on an every generation “long form” format. 

Previously approved “short form” format applications may not be used as proof for a new “long form” application.

We will review any “short form” applications that are currently in our possession, or have been postmarked by August 30, 2025.
